Help Raising an Implement!

Hey! So I’m relatively new to tractors and am still learning a lot. For the past couple days I’ve been trying to get my tractor (A Massey Ferguson 1759) to lift an implement from the rear. I’ve tried everything I can think of. Searched google and the owners manual but nothing seems to work. The problem almost feels like the tractor doesn’t have enough power to lift it. Which seems ridiculous because the owner’s manual says it can lift 3x what this blade weighs. If anyone has any idea what to do, it would be greatly appreciated.
