John Deere loader tractor w/ IVT?
low

Anybody out there with experience running any JD loader tractor with an IVT transmission? We're looking at buying something around 175-200hp mostly as a field tractor but with a loader on it for moving hay and packing a silage pile, except our sales rep keeps saying how the IVT is a bad choice for loader because they cant take the forward/reversing abuse that usually comes with a loader. We have a 7920 with IVT with 5000hrs, no issues, seems pretty bulletproof to us, and on sites like tractorhouse we see lots of loader tractors with IVTs. Anyone with experience out there care to chime in? Is our sales rep talking nonsense? It mostly seems like he has a stigma against it more than anything.
