JD 790 (4WD) tractor - Hydraulics not holding

I have a JD 790 and it has been a great tractor for my needs (10 acres) mostly shredding, some grading, Auger and Harrow/Tilling. Lately I notice the bucket starts to drop (5 foot bucket) when I pull back to raise it. it drops a bit and than goes up. also it does not seem to have the lift load capacity it use to. is this something I can look at or fix? I have a shop and tools and currently do minor work like Oil/tires, etc.

Hi everyone, On my 1790 Planter, the left side lags when lifting, and every so often you have to fold up to rephrase to even everything out. Over time, the left side will be significantly lower and won't fully raise. What could be the cause for this and what's the remedy? Thanks in advance.
