My issue is the RPM gauge works but not fully. sitting at IDLE it displays 1000 rpm. increasing the rpm to enable the bush hog the rpm gauge doesn't move and a screeching sound starts. then the fan goes full blast and the rpm gauge shoots up as I hit max idle speed. is this some clutch with the fan or something? looking for some help here.

John deere 3203 tractor starting issues After filling up the tractor it started having an issue not wanting to crank. You go to start it with one click then its completely dead You have to remove the positive cable to reset. Try again same outcome. Replaced battery and, starter. Still not working any solutions of what im missing and what i should test.
