Full transparency, I am not a tractor guy. I’ve driven them a fair amount for front end loader use. I was helping out a family member who needed some bush hogging done, they gave me a few tips on running the PTO since I hadn’t used PTO implements before. I was chugging along just fine for over an hour and stopped to drain my bladder and the tractor started blowing clouds. I kept my eye on the temp gauges the entire time and nothing indicated overheating. After shutting it down and letting it sit for a bit, I located a line dripping what looked/smelled like water. Any ideas on what went wrong or what I did to break it?

Jd 3020 diesel powershift How hard of a Job is it to replace this? I will have a local mechanic replace it but was curious how hard of a job it is.

Jd 3020 These bolts keep coming out, there is only a couple threads left. Should they be tapped for a larger bolt? I would like a one time fix type of deal. Any recommendations?

Curious what yall may think the value is of a jd 3020 gas narrow front. Now it is 100% mechanically overhauled. New engine clutch, wiring harness, carb, radiator, no bolt unturned. Tires good. Just needs a top coat and some minor things. Got the tractor for free and have about 4K into it. Curious what it may be worth now. Serial number is right around 100,000

Found this lovely mess of an engine mount on a newer to us JD 3020 diesel with 148 loader. Have a welder coming to see if he is even willing to attempt to weld it (I will do the machine work). I feel no amount of welding will ever be able to hold up to the loader. It would make a fine tractor for just about anything else. That unfortunately doesn't work for what we need. Looking for any advice or recommendations I may be overlooking. Just want to make the best decisions I can.
