Known Issues
We bought a brand new expensive Z425 EZTRAK 54-inch new mower from John Deere and after 107 hours of mowing a tiny flat lawn, the connecting rod and crank shaft broke and there is a hole in the side of the engine. I am very disappointed in the John Deere product and even more disappointed in the almost $1600 bill to repair the mower. This will definitely be our last John Deere mower. Imagine a car
Does anyone know of a good source for 2 cylinder (A, B, D, G, H, M, 40, 50, 60, 70,) JD engine parts? Im talking about on the shelf pistons, rings, pins, rod bearings, main bearings ect. I source antique tractor parts for a living and cannot, for the life of me, find anything outside of "made to order" or custom made parts that are astronomically expensive ($1600 for bearing sets). I have access to A&I, SMA, Tisco, Sparex, ASAP, YT, j&n, Riley, Cross Creek, Abilene machine ect and no one has a good source for these parts. Anywhere in the US, overseas, underseas or on mars, i do not mind, any help is appreciated.
I need some help. I believe I’m having an electrical issue and I can’t find any kind of fuse diagram for this year/model. Anyone out there have this machine or manual with a readable diagram. Thanks!
