Known Issues
Operator experienced complete loss of braking while mowing on a steep hill. Hydraulic transmission also switched to neutral unexpectedly, causing tractor to roll downhill at high speed. Hydraulic fluid level was normal. Issue occurred after engaging differential lock on a spot with lost traction.
Driveshaft u-joint failure caused shaft to strike and damage the solenoid on the mid-mount mower (MMM) hydraulic valve, bending the hydraulic valve spool. The loose driveshaft slapped the valve during operation, requiring replacement of the valve assembly.
Tractor sputtering and fuel starvation symptoms when PTO deck engaged, particularly after reaching operating temperature. Issue persists after air filter replacement, fuel filter changes, and fuel system flush by dealer.
Shaft connecting engine to transmission failed at the u-joint, causing it to break loose and cause secondary damage throughout the tractor. Required transmission replacement.
Tractor starts sputtering and starving for fuel when deck is engaged, drops to 500 RPM and runs erratically. Issue persists after air filter cleaning, fuel filter replacement, and fuel system flush by dealer.
