Safety Recalls
On certain ATV's, the drive pulley inner flange may break. This may cause flange fragmentation at high speed and debris may act as projectiles. This situation can potentially cause serious injuries or even death to rider or bystanders. Correction: Dealers will replace the drive pulley inner flange.
On certain ATV's, the front brake hose could be pulled out of its retaining bracket on either side by foreign objects while riding vehicle. This could cause the brake hose to wear by rubbing on inner wheel and/or shock absorber spring seat, and ultimately cause a brake fluid leak resulting in a complete loss of front braking capacity. If this occurs, it could lead to an increase in the braking distance and possible collision with bystanders, a fixed object or another vehicle which may cause serious injuries or even death. Correction: Dealers will install retaining brackets to safely secure hose in place.
